Welcome, and thank you for being part of Next-Gen AI Summit 2026. These terms explain how the summit works, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you in return. By registering for or attending the event, you agree to them. We've kept the language as clear and human as we can, so please take a few minutes to read through.

Event Information

Next-Gen AI Summit 2026 takes place at Horizon Convention Center in TechCity from October 13 to 15, 2026. Over three days, we bring together developers, founders, investors, and business leaders for talks, workshops, and honest conversations about where AI is heading.

The programme, speakers, and session details are published on our website. We keep them as current as we can, and we'll let you know if anything important changes as the event gets closer.

Tickets & Registration

A ticket gives one person access to the summit at the level they've chosen: General, VIP, or Team Pass. Each ticket is personal to the named attendee, so please make sure the details in your registration are accurate and complete.

Your ticket is valid only for the pass type and dates shown at purchase.

A Team Pass includes five registrations, and each one must be assigned to a named attendee before the event.

Please bring your ticket confirmation and a valid photo ID when you arrive.

We may cancel a registration if the information provided is false or a ticket is resold without our permission.

Payments

All prices are shown in US dollars and confirmed at checkout. Early bird pricing is available for a limited time and may end once allocations sell out or the offer period closes. Any applicable taxes or fees will be shown before you pay.

Payments are processed securely by our payment partners, and we never store your full card details. Your registration is confirmed once full payment has been received and you've got your confirmation email.

Refunds & Cancellations

We know plans can change. Tickets are non-refundable, but if you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your ticket to someone else (see Ticket Transfers below).

If we cancel the summit, you'll receive a full refund of your ticket price. If we reschedule, your ticket stays valid for the new dates, and you may request a refund if you're unable to attend them. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Ticket Transfers

You can pass your ticket to a colleague or friend at any time before the event, free of charge. Simply send us their full name and email address, and we'll update your registration.

Passes keep their benefits when they're transferred. Tickets may not be resold for profit or advertised on public marketplaces, and we may cancel any ticket that is.

Event Access

Doors open at the times published in the agenda. At check-in, you'll show your ticket and photo ID and receive your badge. Please wear it visibly throughout the event. Badges are personal and can't be shared.

Access to workshops, the founders dinner, and other sessions depends on your pass type. Some sessions have limited capacity and are first come, first served. For everyone's safety, we may carry out bag checks and may refuse entry to anyone who can't follow the venue's security requirements.

Code of Conduct

We want everyone to feel welcome, respected, and free to learn. We ask all attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff to keep it simple:

Be kind, curious, and considerate in every conversation.

Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of any kind will not be tolerated.

Respect the venue, its staff, and its rules, and follow the instructions of our team.

Keep private conversations and unpublished materials private.

If someone breaks these standards, we may remove them from the event without a refund and, where needed, involve venue security or the authorities. If you experience or notice anything concerning, please tell any member of our team.

Speakers, Sponsors & Third Parties

Our programme brings together speakers, sponsors, and partners from across the AI community. Their views are their own and don't necessarily reflect ours. We work hard to deliver the programme as published, but speakers and sessions may change due to illness, travel, or scheduling, and we'll update the agenda when they do.

Any offers, products, or services from sponsors and partners are between you and them, and we're not responsible for them. Our website and emails may also link to third-party sites, which have their own terms and privacy practices.

Photography, Video & Media

We'll be capturing photos and video throughout the summit to share its story. By attending, you agree that you may appear in this material and that we may use it on our website, social channels, and promotional materials without compensation. If you'd prefer not to be featured, let our team know at check-in and we'll do our best to respect that.

Please be thoughtful when capturing the event yourself: ask before photographing or filming other people, and don't record full sessions unless we've said it's allowed. Session recordings provided to pass holders are for personal use only.

Intellectual Property

The summit name, logo, branding, website, programme content, and session recordings belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Speakers and presenters keep ownership of their own materials.

Your ticket gives you a personal, non-transferable right to enjoy the event and its content. Please don't copy, redistribute, resell, or publish any of it without our prior written permission.

Accessibility & Special Requirements

We want the summit to be welcoming for everyone, and we work with the venue to make that happen. If you have access needs or dietary requirements, tell us when you register, or contact us as early as you can, ideally two weeks before the event. We'll do our best to arrange the support you need.

Changes to the Event

Live events evolve. We may need to adjust the programme, speakers, schedule, or venue arrangements, and we'll always let you know by email and on our website.

If circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, safety concerns, government restrictions, or venue issues, force us to postpone or cancel, we'll tell you as soon as we can and follow the refund terms above. We're not responsible for travel or accommodation you've booked yourself, so we recommend flexible bookings where possible.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously. We collect only what we need to run the summit, such as your name, email, company, and payment details, and we use it to manage your registration, share event updates, and improve the experience. We never sell your personal data.

Some information may be shared with trusted partners who help us deliver the event, like payment providers and venue security, and only as needed. You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. For the full picture, please read our Privacy Policy.
